Staff was exceptional at providing the best service even before arrival asking how they can exceed my expectations through communication channel. Mohammed was kind to help direct me throughout my stay with clear communication. Staff was very accommodating and checked in asking about maid service. I felt pampered and taken care of. Rooms were well maintained, expansive and comfortable bed. Loved the view of the tennis courts. Gorgeous lobby.

I used to stay in most of Cairo luxurious hotels and for now, I can tell this is the most luxurious one in Cairo. The hotel has luxuriance and modern design everywhere especially at the room itself it is comfort and large enough. The remarkable point there is the customer service level, they provide the satisfactory caring the clients in a very ease way. I got a call before reaching the hotel to check for my preferences and any special needs which is something I never experience before even in well known hotels in the region. what not and why not. from facility to staff, hospitality to problem solving, solutions to support. me and my wife have been traveling for the last 20 years, rarely encountered such amazing staff. best time to evaluate hotel and its staff when the hotel is running with full capacity and we witnessed their unprecedented support. our first experience in Egypt became so memorable and a big reason is Triumph and its staff. from their staff, Leena, Amr, Ahmad, Gaffar and all the rest, hats off.

lots of restaurants in hotel, the room was spacious even the bathroom, dining was 24/7 and very cheap for a hotel. it also has two hair salons inside. the guest relation officer was great and kept in contact with us via phone. hisyam was very helpful and accommodating
