I used to stay in most of Cairo luxurious hotels and for now, I can tell this is the most luxurious one in Cairo. The hotel has luxuriance and modern design everywhere especially at the room itself it is comfort and large enough. The remarkable point there is the customer service level, they provide the satisfactory caring the clients in a very ease way. I got a call before reaching the hotel to check for my preferences and any special needs which is something I never experience before even in well known hotels in the region. Thanks to Ms. Farah from reception team and Ms. Mai from customer experience team for improving this memorial visit.

what not and why not. from facility to staff, hospitality to problem solving, solutions to support. me and my wife have been traveling for the last 20 years, rarely encountered such amazing staff. best time to evaluate hotel and its staff when the hotel is running with full capacity and we witnessed their unprecedented support. our first experience in Egypt became so memorable and a big reason is Triumph and its staff. from their staff, Leena, Amr, Ahmad, Gaffar and all the rest, hats off.

I would like to thank all the staff working in the hotel, from customer service who were texting me and checking everything was set up to my liking, to the reception staff who were very friendly and made my check in very easy, also the breakfast staff who gave me and my wife an exceptional service, they were very attentive to my needs and anticipated all my requests. Five star hotel with five star service. I recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy cairo.

Staff was exceptional at providing the best service even before arrival asking how they can exceed my expectations through communication channel. Mohammed was kind to help direct me throughout my stay with clear communication. Staff was very accommodating and checked in asking about maid service. I felt pampered and taken care of. Rooms were well maintained, expansive and comfortable bed. Loved the view of the tennis courts. Gorgeous lobby.

It was a short one night stay but it was awesome.. it exceeded our expectations .. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and the food was great.. I didn't have time to use the pool or the gym, but I could see people were having fun from my balcony :) We found a little surprise waiting for us in the room. Nice decorations and a lovely cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary.. Thank you Amr for arranging that.
